Case of the Week 445

This week's amazing case was donated by Mr. Boren Huot. This object was seen in a stool specimens from a patient in Cambodia.  Identification? (CLICK ON THE IMAGES TO ENLARGE)

The morphology of oblong ova with polar plugs is compatible with C. phillipinensis. We may keep an eye for Strongyloides adults works too as the later one is endemic in Cambodia. The eggs steered me more to Capillaria though.
