Diagnosis?
Name an important clinical symptom.

hookworm - I'll guess Ancylostoma based on a tooth-like structure. Iron deficiency anemia is an important symptom, but perhaps far less impressionable than would be a creeping eruption!

I would also say it is the hookworm Ancylostoma because of the 4 teeth. This infection may cause anaemia.
